Established in 1948, in Bucharest, Romania PETRODESIGN was part of former Romanian Engineering Institute for Chemical Industry - IPROCHIM. PETRODESIGN has been serving chemical, petrochemical & petroleum refining industry for over 50 years now, and employs around 150 engineering, design and management specialists. Since our origin in the chemical industry, PETRODESIGN has grown to encompass fields as chemical & petrochemical industry, petroleum refining industry, environmental, and related industries

PETRODESIGN is organized to provide quality, on time, responsive, and competitively priced, multidiscipline consulting engineering, design and drafting services for oil refining, chemical and petrochemical industry, and related industrial sectors.

PETRODESIGN has been certified by Lloyd's Register Quality Assurance to ISO 9001 - 2000 for basic and detailed engineering, consultancy, technical support, procurement, environmental impact works and general contractor activities (turn key projects) for process plants in chemical, petrochemical and oil & gas industries.
