core business and constitute an essential factor
for achieving project objectives to the full satisfaction
of end clients.
Dextron encourages the entry of new suppliers
of materials and services in whatever part of the
world they may be located, promoting the use of
innovative production and management
technologies through collaboration with its internal
technical units.
Collaboration with strategic suppliers is essential
for reducing overall delivery times and for improving
project planning.
Technology, quality, delivery times and price
are the winning traits of suppliers who work with
DEXTRON.
The respect of quality standards and agreed delivery
times is fundamental for establishing a lasting relationship
of cooperation with DEXTRON.

In accordance with Dextron's strategic plan for the management
of procurement activities of the Group's companies,
Dextron exploits web technology to provide innovative
procurement management.
Within the sphere of e-procurement, Dextron employs
two systems:
- E-sourcing for supplier qualification.
The new method of supplier qualification via an
electronic form permits the supplier to contact
us at any time, allowing us to exploit a new channel
for acquiring information on potential suppliers.
- Suppliers on Web for post-order management.
Dextron uses the Internet to facilitate information
exchange with suppliers in the post-order management
phase, from order acceptance through to supply
being delivered to destination. Dextron makes use of the Group's e-procurement system for electronic negotiation.
